A unknown threat had managed to erase the records of Ultra Heroes stored in the Land of Light's systems. Around the same time, the Land of Light received a message from the future universe where Ultraman Decker came from, granting Ultraman Zero with the Dimensionizer to restore the Ultras' lost history. Zero then duplicated the Dimensionizer, sending one to each of the New Generation Heroes.
